Nicole Polonia is the Senior Client Services Associate and Executive Assistant for Hector Rivera. She manages and cultivates client relationships by overseeing accounts, opening new ones, and conducting client outreach. Her meticulous organization and process ensures seamless client support, skills honed from childhood experiences improving financial habits of friends and family.
Nicole joined the firm in 2019 with the goal of learning alongside Hector and becoming a licensed financial advisor. Prior, she served as an administrative assistant and later as an accounting clerk at Catholic Charities of New York.
Nicole obtained an Associate of Applied Science in Business Management with a focus in Finance and Banking from the Borough of Manhattan Community College in 2016. She aims to earn her Life and Health license along with her Series 7 within the next two years.
When Nicole isn’t working with clients, she enjoys visiting new countries, trying new restaurants, and taking long strolls in the park. Moreover, she welcomes time with family and friends and acting as their de facto motivational speaker and event planner. Nicole was born and raised in Queens, NY, and now resides in New Jersey with her husband Kadeem and their cat Kila.
